Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are included for the NARHA Instructor Workbook and Video. All other items are charged shipping based on the order total. Shipping is calculated and added to the order total for domestic shipments within the U.S. only. For international orders, contact the NARHA office.  For some items NARHA uses outside vendors so purchases may be shipped separately.

Purchases assessed a shipping fee do not ship without receipt of payment first.

Items are usually shipped within 5-7 business days of orders placed. NARHA regularly uses either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS for shipping. NARHA reserves the right to use other shipping companies.

Returns and Refunds Policy

NARHA/EFMHA MERCHANDISE

Returns/Exchanges

Defective, incorrect or exchanged NARHA/EFMHA merchandise may be returned to the NARHA office if it was originally sent from the NARHA/EFMHA office and returned  within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid. If a credit card is used for purchase and not available for credit, a check will be issued for the refunded amount. To return merchandise to the NARHA office please indicate the reason for your return on a separate sheet of paper. Was the product defective, damaged in shipping or was the incorrect item sent? Also include your name and address for proper credit.  Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. The package must be sent via prepaid postage.

Exchanges

If you are purchasing merchandise directly from the NARHA/EFMHA office and the item does not fit or is incorrect in color, return the item using the process outlined above within 30 days of purchase. Ship these items for exchange back to the NARHA office. We will ship to the original name and address used on the order. Please make sure you provide that information with the item you wish to exchange.

VENDOR MERCHANDISE

Returns/Refunds OR Exchanges

Please refer to vendor information on their website regarding their return policy. Merchandise purchased from a vendor should be returned directly to the vendor. Online store refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid within 30 days of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be given after 30 days.

MEMBERSHIPS

Individual Membership fees are non refundable. For additional membership information  please contact the NARHA office at 800.369.7433.

Privacy and Security Policy

Your privacy is important so we have created the following Privacy and Security Policy so you know what information we collect when you visit our website, www.NARHA.org, and why we collect it and how it is used. This Security Policy also addresses our data security practices and control of any personally identifiable information you give to us. We may periodically make changes to this Privacy Policy which will be included on this page. What Information do we collect from you? Why?

We may collect information needed to contact you later regarding your order or to process payment for your order. When using our website, we may request your first and last name or physical address including street name as well as city or town, your telephone number, credit card or other information such as email address.

We use this information to complete and support your purchases via our online store.
This information is strictly for our internal use only. It is not available to any outside source, other than the vendor that supplies the merchandise. It is not sent to third party websites or links from our website.

When you use our website, we may collect personal information as described above. You may contact us at a later date and request that all information be deleted.

Credit card information is not stored on our website or internally on our server. Once the credit card is used to process the purchase, it is destroyed by shredding.

How do we protect information we collect?

We offer secure web pages to collect certain kinds of user information and store other types of data in encrypted form. We follow reasonable guidelines and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. While no computer system is totally secure, we believe the measures implemented by our website reduce the likelihood of security problems to the level appropriate to the type of transaction involved. The secure navigator and browsers used by NARHA ensure that only NARHA is able to view customer information.

How long do we keep user information?

We generally keep user data on our server or in our archives for as long as we reasonably need it. We may alter this practice according to changing requirements. For example, we may delete some data if needed for additional storage space. Credit card numbers are not stored on the website or on our server for any reason once the transaction is completed. All information regarding card numbers are destroyed the same day and not filed or stored for any period of time.

By using the NARHA website, you agree to this Privacy and Security Policy. This is our entire and exclusive Privacy and Security Policy and supersedes any earlier version. We may change our Privacy and Security Policy by posting a new version of the policy on this page which is the responsibility of the user to review frequently. This Site operates without liability of and is not responsible for events beyond our direct control. This Privacy and Security Policy is governed by Colorado law, excluding conflicts of law.
