NARHA serves more than 7,000 members around the globe – instructors, centers, administrators, program managers, equine professionals, students and individual members committed to the safe, ethical and professional standards NARHA promotes in the equine assisted activities and therapies industry.  NARHA has a membership category for all professionals, organizations and individuals interested in demonstrating safe and competent practices in equine assisted activities and therapies.

Individual membership categories include:

• Individual Members – individuals committed to NARHA’s standards for safe, ethical and professional practices.  $45 per year
• International Individual Member – individuals outside of the United States and Canada committed to NARHA’s standards for safe, ethical and professional practices. $85 per year
• Instructor Members – individuals that have achieved a NARHA instructor certification. $60 per year
• International Instructor Members – individuals outside of the United States and Canada that have achieved a NARHA instructor certification. $100 per year

Individual members also have the option of joining special interest sections at an additional cost for more information specific to their field of interest:

• EFMHA Section Membership – for members interested in equine facilitated mental health and equine facilitated learning.  $30 per year
• Instructor Section Membership – for members interested in gathering more information about instructor best practices. $25 per year
