Please send a word document with the following information as an attachment on an

email to Pam Sullivan, pksullivan@sbcglobal.net

1. Title: 10 words or less

2. Conference Brochure write-up: 25 words or less

3. Region 7 Report  write-up: 200 word limit

4. Equipment needs: Examples listed below

Overhead projector

Laptop computer & LCD projector

Easel with large writing tablet

VCR (state if you will be using video’s)

Other

It is helpful to the conference committee to know if you are able to

bring a laptop computer and LCD projector. If you are, please let the

committee know if you are willing to share the equipment (set up in a

presentation room for the day).
