NARHA Certified Instructors are required to submit the following information annually:

  • Maintain current NARHA Instructor Membership
  • Copies of current CPR and First Aid Cards
  • Documentation of 20 clock hours of continuing education

An Instructor Compliance Form is mailed out annually on the back of the Instructor membership renewal notice.  This form, which is used to record the hours of continuing education, should be returned to the NARHA office with membership renewals. Failure to complete all requirements of this Annual Compliance Form will result in loss of NARHA Certified Instructor status.  To pull up the Instructor Compliance Form, please click on the “Annual Certified Instructor Compliance Form” below.

Requests for exception to annual requirements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Requests for reinstatement of instructor status once forfeited are also reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A reinstatement fee will apply. Current reinstatement policy is up to three years.  After three years you are a "dropped instructor" and  you must complete the current certification process again.  Please call the NARHA office: (800)369-7433 for details.
