• Exhibitor Roundup
  Wednesday, November 18 6:30–7:30 p.m., Exhibits Hall
  In order to draw conference attendees to the exhibits, NARHA has organized an Exhibitor Roundup party in the exhibits hall (The hotel’s Rio Grande room) with munchies, a cash bar and games with prizes. We are encouraging folks to dress western or old-time western for the event; and if you would like to host a game or suggest a game or prize at your booth, please email the NARHA Exhibits Coordinator know by October 15.
   

• Exhibitor Registration or Conference Registration You are currently registered as an exhibitor. If you wish to attend conference sessions and join the attendees for all included meals in addition to exhibiting, you must register for the conference. You may click here to  download a printed conference registration booklet to complete and fax to NARHA (303) 252-4610 with your credit card information. Early bird discount registration for conference sessions ends October 8, however if NARHA receives your printed conference registration on or before October 15, we will honor our exhibitors with the early bird discount.  Standard registration ends October 29. Onsite registration will be available for $675.
 

• Food and Coffee NARHA will provide a limited number of coffee/snack breaks in the exhibit hall. There is a restaurant called Vidalia's at the same level of the hotel, but across the street and there is a Starbucks-type coffee kiosk on the Mezzanine level of the hotel. In the immediate neighborhood there are sit-down restaurants, a café and a Subway sandwich shop.

As an exhibitor you are entitled to

• Two free tickets to the getting to know you reception on Thursday evening

• One free ticket to the Friday lunch with the keynote speaker.

If you wish to purchase additional tickets to meals or events please click here to download. Then complete and fax or mail with your payment. Exhibitors may purchase tickets to attend the Annual Awards Banquet on Saturday Night. Many exhibitors enjoy this event as it is a very good opportunity to become better acquainted with the people and work of NARHA. Banquet tickets may be purchased (without registering for the conference) using the registration link above.
