NARHA Administrative Workshop
“Surviving and Thriving”
August 4 (Friday), 2006
Sherwood, AR (suburb of Little Rock)
In
managing change, success comes from being strategic and intentional
about choices. Join two members of the NARHA Administrative Committee
as they help you identify areas of your organization that may need to
grow or change. Surviving and Thriving requires:
·
Assessing your program and
organization
·
Knowing where your
organization is in the life stages of a non-profit business
·
Understanding the seven
fundamental variables of a non-profit in therapeutic riding
·
Thoughtful planning
·
Identifying goals
·
Determining a manageable
number of priorities
·
Budgeting
·
Fundraising
Network with your peers to expand your thinking outside of the box.
Then, leave with a plan to make your organization not only survive, but
thrive!
